1. How long will my order take to ship out once I have placed my order online?

We aim to have orders shipped out of our facility within 7 to 10 business days. In this current post-COVID climate however, we may experience delays due to Global supply chain issues, disruptions to product manufacturing, staffing shortages, transportation delays, to name a few.

We encourage all customers to order early to minimize the impacts of some of these challenges that may still be encountered across our industry on select product and brands.

2. How do I place an order?

Before you can place an order you need to register online. You will not have an option to place your order until you have registered. Once you have registered and logged in, you will have an option to "buy now" on the product page.

3. Can I choose to pick up my order?

Yes. When checking out select "pick up" and we will print and notify you when your order is ready for pick up. We are located in Oakville Ontario at 2320 Bristol Cir #5, Oakville, ON L6H 5S3.
